i stayed in a standard twin room and it was so spacious! the curtains were total black out curtains, so i slept amazingly. breakfast had a good choice and was really nice
the street noice from trams was a bit much all the time!

The room was spacious. Blackout curtains were great. The bed was comfortable. The location was good for accessing public transport.
The breakfast buffet was not up to par. There were few plates or cutlery when I visited. The food was not covered and there was no sanitizer available. There was a general lack of hygiene.

the location proved very convenient. it was close to transportation and city center. reception staff were excellent. cyril was accommodating during my arrival and departure.
i found the bathroom lighting insufficient! only a mirror light was available. there were no ceiling or wall lights.

i found the staff really nice and helpful. happy to. the room was great, i had an executive king room and it was perfect for my stay. the location was also spot on for my needs!
the initial check in wasn't great! the executive room comes with early check in but the room was not ready until 3pm!

The hotel is close to bridgewater hall and nearby parking is available, really convenient! plus, it's just a short walk to town and there are pubs nearby. A perfect spot!
